There are Customer Dept. and Technical Service Dept. under Customer Service Center. Customer Dept. is in charge of business inquiry from customers, and Technical Service Dept. for providing the before-sale, in-sales and after-sales technical support and solution. In order to provide each customer with satisfactory service in Qili and keep good interrelationship, we emphasize the pertinence and efficiency on customer service, and carry out accepter responsibility system, to respond to each call and each question from customer, increasing the understanding between the company and customers.
